It will be one exciting journey.Role -- Responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and servers in an on-premises environment.Key Responsibilities –- Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, including Windows and Linux.- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Office 365 & Google Suite.- Ensure system security by implementing firewalls, antivirus, and patch management.- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues for end-users.- Oversee backup and disaster recovery planning for on-premises infrastructure.- Support hardware, software, and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).- Implement access controls and security policies in alignment with IT best practices.- Operating System & Software patching- Configuration & management of service desk tools like Manage Engine, Zendesk, Jira etc.Required Skills --- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365.- Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).- Hands-on experience with system monitoring and patch management.- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Batch scripting).Certifications (Preferred if any) -- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administration, - CompTIA A+ or Network+
