Job Title:- Executive FinanceJob Location:- Pune, Remote Job Summary:- We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Executive to oversee the day- to-day operations of our finance and accounting team. This role will be responsible for managing payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The ideal candidate will have skills, a deep understanding of US GAAP, tax laws, and regulations, and experience with accounting and payroll software.Job Duties :-Oversee daily accounting and finance operations, including compliance management.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.Ensure compliance with federal, state and internal company policies.Review and approve tax filings, and other relevant financial documents.Identify and implement best practices to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and communicate necessary updates to the team.Support senior management with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.Qualifications :-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or MBA preferred.Minimum of 2 years plus of experience in accounting/financeStrong knowledge of USGAAP, and relevant tax laws and regulations.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, Sage, etc.).Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Perks & Benefits :-IncentivesWFHAbout AtidivAtidiv uses Data science and process outsourcing to help internet businesses run better.
