Post - Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Manager- HR & IR. (Male).Location: Dhar (M.P)Qualification- MBA/MSW/ LL.BExperience - 6 -10 YearsKey Responsibilities:Factory & Shop & Establishment Registration: Ensure timely application for fresh registration, renewal, or amendments under the Factory Act or Shop & Establishment Act.Contract Labour Registration: Apply for Principal Employer fresh registration or amendments under the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act for applicable factories or offices.Periodical Return & Remittance: File all required returns and remittances under various Labor Law Acts before the due dates.Vendor Audit: Regularly check vendor statutory labor law compliance documents and provide observation reports for vendor invoice payments.Labor Law Compliance: Maintain compliance with various Labor Law Acts including the Factory Act, Shop & Establishment Act, Payment of Bonus Act, ESIC Act, Provident Fund Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, CLRA Act, and Payment of Gratuity Act.Notice/Inspection Management: Attend inspections and respond to notices under different Acts by submitting required documents within the specified timeline.Industrial Relations (IR) Issues: Work on reducing IR and legal issues while implementing HR policies effectively.Liaison with Government Authorities: Coordinate with various government authorities such as the Factory Department, PF Office, ESIC Office, Labor Commissioner's Office, Employment Exchange Officer, and Police Department.Vendor License Management: Regularly check vendor licenses and follow up with vendors for necessary license renewals.Display of Abstracts & Notices: Ensure that all required abstracts and notices under various Labor Law Acts are prominently displayed.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):1.Timely completion of registrations, filings, and renewals.pliance with all labor laws and regulations.3.Accuracy and completeness of vendor audit reports.4.Efficient handling of notices and inspections.5.Reduction in IR and legal issues.6.Effective liaison with government authorities.7.Timely renewal of vendor licenses.8.
