Job Title - SR Analyst-Financial Planning & AnalysisLocation - Bangalore Experience - 2-5 Years exp in Finance / Technology & Analytics.Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance /CA/CPA/CMA/MBA-FinanceBudget - 40.0 LPAAbout the Company: It is an Indian e-commerce marketplace aggregator company primarily focused on facilitating online sales for various brands across different product categories like home appliances, kitchenware, sports equipment, and more, essentially acting as a platform for manufacturers and suppliers to reach a wider online customer base through major e-commerce platforms.Job Responsibility:We are looking for a Sr. Analyst – FP&A who can drive business decisions & provide insight and financial recommendations based on data & analysis.Primary Skills (must have): • Strong experienced in Microsoft O365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Working experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlikview, Datastudio, Tableau etc) • Good background in Finance/statistical modelling. To be successful one should be: • Comfortable with presenting & reporting consistent & accurate financial information to leadership • Able to use & collect data from multiple BI / reporting tools and synthesize summaries / surface insights Have an affinity to understand technology & business through a sound financial, accounting lens and a strong analytical foundation Core Responsibilities: • Own Periodic & Adhoc Financial reporting of technology P&L, forecasting & in-sights • Track & drive productivity initiatives & other analytical projects for technology • Track & measure business outcomes from technology deliverables & products Own the design, maintenance & development of new metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. • Identify ways to automate process to make reporting easier and spend more time on analysis & recommendations • Develop business case as and when new technology investment is needed • Track, analyze & report business impact of technology products / features by designing OKRs and financial measurement Preferred Qualifications: • Experience collaborating across time zones • Experience working in a large matrixed organization • Experience supporting large technology programsIf your Cv is matching with the requirement then kindly share your updated Cv: nirajita@Reachable @ 6290477087Thanks and RegardsNirajita Roy Chowdhury
