If you're an experienced Construction project management professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring project success, we want to hear from you.Location: Client's project site office, Halol, Vadodara, GujaratExperience: 6+ years in handling Civil and allied Building worksQualification: B.Tech (Civil) from a reputed college/institutionAbout the RoleAs a Site Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring project schedules, ensuring timely execution, and providing valuable insights through regular reporting. You will work closely with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to drive efficiency and maintain project momentum.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Tracking & Monitoring: Analyze schedules, track progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines.Billing & Rate Analysis: Verify contractor billing, conduct rate analysis, and manage financial aspects effectively.Site Visits & Coordination: Conduct regular site visits, oversee construction activities, and liaise with teams for smooth execution.Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.Schedule Management: Work with MSP, analyze planned vs. actual progress, and identify areas for improvement.Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and manage project control mechanisms.What We’re Looking ForStrong leadership & stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience in Civil, MEPF & InteriorsExpertise in project tracking, progress reporting, and MIS planningProficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) & scheduling toolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
