SKILLS – KNOWLEDGE – EXPERIENCEPreferably 2 years of Advanced SAS experience in SAS DI Studio, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Management Console, Flow Manager.Ability to understand complex business requirements and create business ready, and compliant solutions in SAS Experienced in a wide range of input data structures and file types such as XML, flat files and SAS files Able to write comprehensive process documentation required to support the Route-to-Live process (including impact assessments, detailed designs, operations handbooks and other technical specification docs). Stakeholder Management experience is key. Ability to clearly articulate the data architecture processes and provide workable solutions in an easy to understand format to SAS users. Team development and coaching of both technical solutions and customer interaction. Show well-developed interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, particularly the ability to convey key business information arising from complex data issues to non-technical people Good business acumen with the technical expertise to optimise and automate business processes. Experience of financial product data, especially Credit Risk would be beneficial. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENtSAS version 9.3 or later (preferable v9.4 experience)SAS integrated technologies i.e. DI Studio, SAS Management Console, SAS Enterprise Guide, Unix AIX Preferably exposure and/or experience of the SAS Management Console administration toolset (or demonstrate the fundamentals of permission based architectures) Experience of the Finance industry, especially Credit Risk. Stakeholder management and good communication. Will provide a direct interface into the business and need to translate business requirements into technical change requests. Adaptive skills such as an ability and knowledge to effectively engage and interact with users, managers, and other stakeholders. Good facilitation, verbal and written communication skills, comfortable to present to audiences of differing levels of seniority (to Executive level) and able to consult, liaise, and negotiate where and when needed. Comfortable to challenge constructively and with respect and possessing good project / time management, and organizational skills. Influence (e.g. builds trust) and executes tasks effectively and efficiently.
