What will be your responsibilities:Implementation of enterprise BI, analytics and performance management solutions in a complex enterprise environment.Responsible for designing, configuring and deploying BI/Performance Management application user functionality using the Microsoft SQL Server BI technology stack.Responsible for data architecture and data integration with dimensional data modeling, data sourcing / mapping, and data flow within the implemented solution.Partner with business team members and document requirement specifications and determine necessary ETL & Reporting solutionsCollaborate with data scientists, product management, and web engineers to deliver value and project outcomesConvert prototype models and data pipelines built by data scientists for use in production.Work closely with the Architect and offer suggestions on Datawarehouse & pipeline designsWork with Application Team/IT to improve workflows in the source apps to improve quality of feeds into the warehouseAble to create internal reports/dashboard in SSRS/Power BI for custom monitoring of ETL pipelines/Warehouse healthProficient in managing and manipulating data using SQL, Oracle, and various open-source databases.Balance long-term code health and maintainability with business needs.Profiling and performance tuning of production codeCoordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.What are we looking for:10+ years of experience as a BI/Data Engineer Expert knowledge with multiple successful implementations of Microsoft BI solution.Working knowledge and experience in data design / dimensional data modeling.Experience working on projects within the cloud ideally AzureStrong experience in Datawarehouse and data modelling schemas. Ability to model & architect data and write efficient SQL queries1+ Years working with Azure Synapse (formerly Azure DW) in a Production environment, using both Spark pools & SQL pools2+ Years Building pipelines/ETL using Azure Data Factory in a Production environment8+ years with ETL (SSIS or above preferred) using multiple sources2+ years of Python experienceHad a major role in 1+ Migrations/Conversions between one data source and anotherAbility to work across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, extracting information and identifying linkages across disparate data setsWhat we offer: With us, there are always opportunities to break new ground.
