Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, providing guidance on course offerings, and driving enrolments through effective communication and follow-ups.Key Responsibilities: ·        Make up to 100 outbound calls daily to potential students.·        Proactively encourage walk-ins and provide detailed information about our courses·        Engage and counsel prospective students, addressing queries and assisting them in the admission process.·        Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and ensure conversions.·        Maintain and update student databases using CRM software and other office tools.·        Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activities and enrollment status.·        Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets. Experience: ·        Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Admission Counsellor, or Education Counsellor in a similar role. ·        Proficiency in both English, Marathi and Hindi. ·        Ability to handle a high volume of calls and counselling sessions daily. ·        Familiarity with CRM software and other office tools. ·        Possess experience in selling IT courses or have an IT background ·        Patience and ability to handle stress.Salary: Rs 35,000 – Rs 50,000Location: Borivali/VirarRole Category: Administration & StaffBasic Qualification: UG: Any Graduate, PG: Any PostgraduatePreferred skills- Counselling, Excel, MS Office, MS WordEmployment Type: Full Time, Permanent
