Cloud Infrastructure AdministratorPurposeWorking within the Cloud Practice and as part of the Cloud Support team, the Cloud Infrastructure administrator addresses escalated customer (internal and external) support requests. Additionally, the Cloud Infrastructure Administrator will be involved in customer delivery and internal initiatives. Work includes participation in a team on call rotation for 24x7 support. The technical team is an immediate point of escalation for the Service Assurance team, and it provides mentoring for the resources therein. Reporting to the Cloud Support manager, this position is based in one of our Hyderabad, India.The Cloud Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for:Providing up to and including 3rd level ticket support to resolve problems on internal and customer systems, including on-call support.Communicating with the technical team and customers, in a timely and effective mannerParticipating in change management proceduresSupport the Installation and onboarding of servers, configuring hardware, applications, services, and storage in accordance with best practices and project/operational requirementsUpdating existing infrastructure with the support of the Cloud Engineering and Cloud Delivery teams.Creating and maintaining configuration procedures, Operations Manual and online customer information to help support hand off to Service Assurance.Support and understand monitoring Solutions – (LogicMonitor, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudTrail, OCI Monitoring service)Desired technical Skills: This role is to further expand our AWS services within the support team.
