JD - Sr. MEAN StackKey Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications using the MEAN stack.Architect and implement multi-tenant SaaS solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.Develop and maintain microservices-based applications, ensuring modularity and efficient inter-service communication.Lead and mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new feature.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through code reviews and performance tuning.Develop and maintain efficient RESTful APIs & Swagger Docs for Backend systems.Manage Product Sprint timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.Identify bottlenecks and optimise application performance, including caching, indexing, and load balancing.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8 years of experience in full-stack web development with a focus on MEAN stack technologies.Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.Experience in database design, optimisation, and query performance tuning in MongoDB.Experience with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.Must have experience in Product Development over long period.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with containerisation and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
