Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesBachelor's degree with 15+ years of Expertise in handling Transition and transformation projects in a large enterprise, Develop and execute a global transition and transformation strategy aligned with business goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, digital innovation, and agility, Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile)Transition Management to Oversee global transition services, systems, or operations from existing models to new structures (e.g., outsourcing, offshoring, process migrations). Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during transitions. Develop transition roadmaps, frameworks, and risk mitigation plans. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and process handover. Monitor transition progress, reporting on KPIs, risks, and challenges.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver smooth operational transitions across multiple geographies.Transformation LeadershipDesign and drive strategic transformation programs, including digital, operational, transformations. Collaborate with senior leadership to align transformation initiatives with corporate strategy. Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Stakeholder & Change ManagementInfluence C-suite executives, regional leaders, and functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in. Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to execute transformation projects. Communicate effectively with global teams to drive collaboration and engagement. Develop coaching and training programsRisk & Compliance OversightIdentify and mitigate risks associated with transitions and transformations. Ensure compliance with global regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies. Implement governance models to track and evaluate transformation outcomes.Financial & Performance ManagementDevelop budgets and cost projections for transition and transformation projects. Identify and drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
