We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic lifecycle marketing team. This individual will be responsible for executing lifecycle marketing campaigns, including building, testing, deploying, and reporting on various streams such as marketing campaigns, lifecycle campaigns, re-engagement, drip campaigns, and transactional emails.Responsibilities:Execute lifecycle ad hoc and automated marketing communications through multiple channels (email, in-app messages, push notifications, SMS) for acquisition, retention, win-back, and transactional purposes.Monitor campaigns post-deployment to ensure completion and accuracy.Conduct A/B testing across all channels to optimize content and design for improved performance.Maintain and monitor running automated campaigns to ensure accurate and efficient functionality.Report on campaign performance, striving to meet KPIs and departmental goals.Qualifications:3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.2+ years of experience using and editing HTML.1+ years of experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data.Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Einstein AI is a significant advantage.Experience with Pendo or similar platforms (Braze, Swrve, etc.) is a plus.Proven experience in setting up automated marketing communications.Strong execution capabilities with high standards in a rapidly evolving business environment.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or other related fields, or equivalent experience.High attention to detail.For more information or to apply, please reach out to Madhushree.v@.
