Competent working in one or more environments highly integrated with an operating system (MAC).2. Experience in Remote Technical Support for Apple Mac Operating System.3. Hands-on experience with iMac and MacBook troubleshooting.4. Must have strong Apple product knowledge.5. Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities.6. Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately.7. High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy.8. Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance.9. Experience with the technologies update/upgrade with current, stable and compliant architecture and applications to meet enterprise standards.10. Ability to manage infrastructure, maintenance and reporting of Mac assets and configurations.Good-to-Have1. JAMF Certification a plus2. Should have experience in handling US customer3. Should have good English communication4. Create, update and maintain incidents, Change Requests and knowledge base documentation for software deployment, imaging and patching in our ITSM tool5. Accountable for continuously evolving, and innovating the end-user computing environment while aligning with business strategies6. Provides ongoing operation/support of enterprise-wide applications, databases and technology7. Participates in planning and execution of new systems implementation/ deployment8.
