KEY REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.10-12 years’ experience in employee engagement or a related HR field.Proven track record as HR Business Partner in a GCC and/or BFSI industry and/or Tech CompanyChallenge the status quo, develop a robust analysis based on data and recommends solutions/action plans.Demonstrate experience with HR MetricsExcellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.Strong project management skills.High level proficiency in using MS Office. PERIMETER OF THE ROLEWhile the role is Bangalore based and the role holder will be required to provide location support to the senior HRBP, the person may be responsible to drive HR projects across Bangalore and Pune
