This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze sales data, support the sales team, and contribute to the growth of our colour cosmetics brand.Key Responsibilities:MIS Management:Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from various retail channels.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management and key stakeholders.Create dashboards and presentations to provide actionable insights.Ensure data accuracy and completeness in the MIS system.Sales Support:Assist the sales team in tracking sales performance against targets.Maintain sales records, manage databases, and provide sales-related reports.Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the sales function.Retail Partner Communication:Act as a point of contact between the company and retail partners.Coordinate order management, inventory updates, and resolve queries.Facilitate communication regarding promotional activities, product launches, and stock availability.Coordination & Reporting:Liaise with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance.Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.Provide insights to improve operational efficiency and sales effectiveness.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in MIS, sales support, or a similar role in the FMCG, retail, or cosmetics industry.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools.Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Knowledge of colour cosmetics or beauty industry will be an advantage
