Our mission is to positively impact the financial lives of one crore families by 2025.Job Summary:We are looking for an HR Assistant to support our HR department in core recruitment functions, with additional responsibilities in administrative tasks. The primary focus of this role will be recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, the role includes administrative duties such as ensuring timely payouts of subscriptions and time-bound payments, tracking portal expiry data, and coordinating with the finance team for payouts. This is a Work From Home role, requiring strong self-discipline, organizational abilities, and HR expertise.Key Responsibilities:Core HR Responsibilities (Primary Role)Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.Source candidates using hiring portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, Apna Job, etc.) and other recruitment channels.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidate fit.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration.Ensure compliance with HR policies, guidelines, and best practices.Administrative Responsibilities (Additional Duties)Maintain and update Excel reports, HR data sheets, and recruitment trackers.Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports on hiring status, employee records, and other HR metrics.Track and maintain records of hiring portal expiry dates and ensure timely renewal or updates.Assist in maintaining company policies, compliance documents, and employee handbooks.Handle HR-related emails, documentation, and record-keeping.Ensure timely payouts of subscriptions and coordinate time-bound payments, utility Services payment, maintenance payment etc.Coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR events, ensuring proper documentation.Perform other administrative duties as required to support Admin operations.Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR, recruitment, and administrative roles.Education: Graduation from any discipline.Core Competency: Recruitment expertise with hands-on experience in talent acquisition.Skills: Experience in HR and recruitment processes.Hands-on experience with hiring portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Work India, Apna Job, etc.).Proficiency in Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting, and maintaining HR records).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Salary:18000 to ₹20,000/- per month
