APackaging Group (APG) is a leading global packaging company specializing in innovative and sustainable solutions for beauty, personal care, and household brands. We are expanding our sourcing operations in India and are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop relationships with new packaging suppliers and manufacturers in India.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with APG’s quality and sustainability standards.Monitor industry trends, raw material prices, and supply chain dynamics.Work closely with internal teams to meet project deadlines and client requirements.Manage logistics, shipping, and import/export documentation as needed.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in the packaging, plastics, or manufacturing industries.Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality standards in packaging.Experience working with international teams and export processes.Ability to work independently and travel within India as required.Proficiency in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
