Sutherland has 212 unique and independent inventions associated with several patent grants in critical technologies in the US and UK.Job Description Role & responsibilitiesJob Description Presales & Solutioning• Work closely with sales and account teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored testing solutions.• Respond to RFPs/RFIs by preparing detailed proposals, solution documents, and presentations.• Conduct product demos, PoCs (Proof of Concepts), and client workshops to showcase testing capabilities and tools.• Design and propose test strategies for manual, automation, performance, security, and cloud testing.• Create value propositions, cost-benefit analysis, and competitive differentiators for testing solutions.Client Engagement & Consulting• Collaborate with clients to assess their testing maturity and recommend solutions for test automation, performance optimization, and quality engineering.• Engage with QA leaders, and IT stakeholders to drive testing adoption and digital assurance strategies.• Provide consulting on Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, AI-driven testing, agentic automation, Customer experience QA and cloud testing frameworks. Proposal & Content Development• Develop standardized proposals, SOWs (Statements of Work), and case studies for various industries, banking, retail, healthcare, telecom, travel, insurance etc.• Create reusable assets such as whitepapers, testing frameworks, accelerators, and best practices for presales engagements.• Collaborate with marketing teams to build thought leadership content, blogs, and webinars on emerging testing trends.Collaboration & Innovation• Work closely with testing CoEs (Centers of Excellence), delivery teams, and product teams to create innovative and scalable testing solutions.• Identify opportunities for AI/ML-based testing, intelligent test automation, and predictive analytics in quality engineering.• Partner with tool vendors and technology partners to enhance testing capabilities and offerings.Required Skills & Experience:Presales & Consulting Skills:• Experience in crafting testing proposals, RFP responses, and solutioning for large-scale testing programs.• Strong understanding of pricing models, effort estimation, and ROI analysis for testing engagements.• Ability to create compelling presentations and pitch decks for customers.• Exposure to banking, telecom, retail, healthcare, travel, gaming , insurance domains.• Strong working Knowledge in functional, automation, performance, and security testing & tools.• Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines, DevOps testing, and cloud-based testing• Knowledge on AI/ML-based testing, test data management, and service virtualization.• Familiarity with test management tools like Jira, ALM, qTest etc.Soft Skills:• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with attention to detail.• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.Qualifications• 12+ years of experience and prior experience in testing presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles.• Any Graduate
