Develop comprehensive media plans to maximize ROI and drive performance for client campaigns, specifically within the education sector. Collaborate with the ad team to optimize client campaigns and ensure that media buying efforts are aligned with client goals. Utilize data and insights to continuously optimize ad spend, targeting, and creative to deliver superior performance. Client Engagement & Account Management: Own the media planning process for all client accounts and work directly with the advertising team to ensure client success. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering media plans that meet their specific objectives within the education industry. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Set KPIs for all campaigns and ensure accurate tracking and measurement of performance marketing efforts. Analyze campaign performance and present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to both internal teams and clients. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and technology teams to ensure that media strategies are integrated effectively across all client touchpoints. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms, ensuring that DSJ Keep Learning remains at the forefront of paid performance strategies. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 4-5 Years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on paid media. Extensive hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms. Proven success in managing multi-channel media strategies and driving measurable performance improvements. Sector Expertise: Experience working with clients in the education sector is highly preferred. Skills & Knowledge: Deep understanding of paid advertising platforms and how ad buying works, including bidding strategies, targeting, and audience segmentation. Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
