Minimum requirements for the role:2+ years of Zendesk experience with extensive knowledge of customer support tools and applications3+ years working on implementations of Zendesk customer support SaaS applications2+ years of designing, configuring and developing on the Zendesk customer support SaaS platformAbility to translate business requirements into technical deliverablesStrong experience and understanding of Zendesk and out of the box features and capabilitiesSelf-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervisionExperience in agile development methodologyEffectively communicate vision, strategy, and statuses of projects to leadership and internal stakeholdersExcellent communication skills and proven success in a dynamic and collaborative environmentStrong problem solving skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalentAn ideal candidate also has:Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Certifications: Zendesk Support Administrator Expert Certification, Scrum certification
