As a Selenium Specialist & System Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing enterprise productivity through advanced test automation and intelligent system analysis.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and execute advanced automated test scripts using Selenium.Utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for seamless test script development (Python proficiency preferred).Apply AI principles to test automation and remote control of web applications.Conduct testing for both web and mobile applications, adhering to best practices.Develop comprehensive testing plans, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure module functionality and performance, especially with AI components.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies seamlessly into testing processes and enterprise applications.Design rough screen layouts using tools like Sketch, Figma, or spreadsheet software, ensuring alignment with UX principles and stakeholder expectations.Lead and participate in scrum meetings as part of Agile practices.Engage in both short-term and long-term projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.Must Have Technical Proficiency:Mastery of Selenium for creating and executing automated test scripts.Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# (Python preferred).Experience with AI technologies and integrating AI into testing processes.Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and design software such as Sketch/Figma.Cursory knowledge of SQL and familiarity with ERP systems and their modular structures.Agile process expertise, including hands-on experience and certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP.Bonus Skills:Experience with Python libraries and frameworks like Pandas, Dash, Gradio, GraphQL, Langchain, and/or Autogen.Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and their integration into testing.Background in ERP implementation and system analysis.Experience with collaborative tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, especially US-based personnel.Adaptability to rapidly changing technologies and environments.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Educational and Certification Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certifications in Selenium, software testing, or Agile practices (CSM, PMI-ACP) are desirable.Work Hours:Availability to work during US East Coast daytime hours.If you are passionate about AI-driven testing and system analysis and are ready to contribute to both testing excellence and AI application development, apply now!
