Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a PMS Administrator (Maritime) for a Greek Ship Manager.Key responsibilitiesCreates vessels structure in the ERP (Component tree, corresponding manufacturers, models, serial number, works & forms) in order to apply Company’s official PMS.Ensure data (including but not limited to, equipment, spares, jobs, class, inventory, location and running hours) are accurately built, mapped and maintained in the PMS.Day-to-day administration/follow-up for inquiries received by office and vessel users.Prepares Vessels’ PMS for external or internal audits by checking the reported works and the respective forms.Supports the technical department by utilizing data collection services, gathering data for all fleetProvides guidance in terms of precise spare parts implementation in the ERP and contributes to the smooth operation of the Supply Cycle.Assist and action change requests as submitted by ships and shoreEvaluates changes requested for current DB correction and proposes alternatives in case needed, based on his experience as Mariner/EngineerJob RequirementsMaritime/Shipping or Engineering studies or other equivalent studiesOrganized, thorough, and with great attention to detail.Proficient Level of English languageMust have relevant experience working on maintenance management / planned maintenance systems (MMS/PMS).Good technical knowledge about machinery and working components onboard a vessel.Analytical, able to review data and create insightful reports that drive action.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Problem solving: Takes ownership looks to challenge and resolve issues, effectively and consistently.
