Skill Do LLC is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer/Manager with Federal (US Government ONLY) to explore exciting opportunities in cutting-edge technologies. Help to develop win themes and align proposal responses accordinglyAn understanding of US Government (Federal) proposalsWriting proposal pieces such as Company Introduction, Management and Staffing Plans, Past Performances, Bios/Resumes.Work closely with Solutions Architects and Subject Matter Experts and operations staff to collect data required for the development of Past Performance Volumes.Write, edit, and revise proposal materials and coordinate with technical and program personnel to ensure accuracy.Analyze RFP requirements and participate in solution meetings.Participate in color team reviews.Proposal Management - either lead and/or assist management with proposal management (e.g. compliance matrix creation, proposal outlines, reuse content from proposal libraries, cover pages, etc.)Qualifications:MUST have 5-10 years of professional proposal writing (in US Government (Federal)) experienceMUST have Knowledge of US Government (Federal) contracting and proposal experienceMUST have Knowledge of Data analytics, Cloud, DevOps related technologiesDesirable Skills:Excellent writing skills requiredExcellent interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of technical landscapeClear communicator/writerWorks well under proposal deadlinesProficient in MS Office 365 and SharePointIndustryIT Services and IT ConsultingEmployment TypeFull-time
