Technical experience as an email marketeer or Marketing Cloud specialist is preferred. Create and maintain customer journeys, triggered sends and email templates within Marketing Cloud Develop and execute the CRM strategy together with the CRM team. Work closely with other departments to translate business requirements into automated journeys. Experience in writing AMP Script for Dynamic content and email Personalization. Having Knowledge on Salesforce CRM org with Marketing Cloud using Marketing cloud connector. Experience working in multiple Journeys involving Data Extensions, Automations and Reports in SFMC. Experience in SFMC integrations with multiple systems Experience in automation Studio and journey builder Create BU, User, Roles and Assignment roles to specific users Set up various email campaigns. Familiarity with AMP Script / SSJS / GTL for communication via API and to build cloud pages Strong SQL skill, familiar with at least one DB product Marketing Cloud Email and Marketing Cloud Developer Certificate
