The team is delivering a web based data platform solution into AWS cloud as software as a service (SaaS.) This person must be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced development organizations. This person will be working with development teams in India, Ireland, Poland and North America to design, develop, test and support the deployment and management of highly reliable software systems designed to run in AWS.Key Responsibilities:Translate requirements into effective, reusable API codeBuild and modify high-performance APIs and programs using Python and Amazon Web Services (AWS)Implement APIs based on architecture frameworks and guidelinesPrepare functional specifications and test dataCollaborate with external and internal teams to troubleshoot performance and functional issuesWork with DevOps engineers to integrate new code into existing continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery/deployment (CD) pipelinesDeliver industry-leading results on time with minimal supervisionWrite reusable code and build libraries for future useOptimize designs for maximum speed and scalabilityWrite, debug and maintain unit testsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
