You will be supporting development and operations activities on a large, multi-year transformation programme - where the goal is to move the finance organisation into the Digital age. The role is remote (on UK shift hours) and you will join a DevOps squad with team members based in the UK, US and India.Job Description:As a Consultant – SAC/BW Developer, you will contribute to implementing robust SAP Analytics solutions by leveraging your hands-on skills in SAC and BW. You will play a critical role in translating business requirements into technical deliverables, working closely with senior consultants and clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop and enhance SAC stories, including:Charts, tables, filters, and hierarchies.Data wrangling using SAC Modeler (acquired and live connections).SAC Planning: Complex data actions, aggregations, and input schedules.Finance Planning: Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.Design and optimize SAP BW/4HANA models, including:DSOs, ADSOs, Composite Providers, and InfoObjects.Develop BW queries using BEx Query Designer.Implement ETL pipelines for structured data loading and transformation.Support integration between SAC and SAP BW using live and acquired connections.Assist in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.Prepare and maintain technical documentation for analytics solutions.Specific Skills Required:Proficiency in SAC Story Design, data blending, and linked analysis.Strong experience with SAP BW Modeling and Query Design.Hands-on knowledge of Data Acquisition Tools in SAC and BW.Experience in Finance Planning and Performance Management using SAC.Experience in integrating SAC with SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA.Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript in SAC Analytic Designer).Academic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., B.Tech, B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related fields) or Commerce(e.g., , ) with a focus on Finance or Analytics. Postgraduate degree such as MBA (Finance or Analytics) is desirable.Certifications:SAP BW/4HANA CertificationSAP Analytics Cloud Certification
