Grow and thrive with a team of game-changers committed to reforming the future of technology.**Preference will be given to candidates who can start Immediately**Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, the Oracle Field Services Cloud Functional Lead will be working to understand customer goals/requirements, expectations and challenges, analyze situations/data, for configuring or developing business & technical solutions on the Cloud.You will advise the Project Manager & other stakeholders from time to time on implementation aspects of the project.As an OFS Lead, you would be responsible for the overall delivery quality on the project by ensuring team’s adherence to standard practices and proceduresBuild an understanding of and leverage Oracle methodologies, tools and leading practicesThis is a challenging, exciting role that will test your consulting skills, strategic thinking, leadership skills, technical skills and ability to remain focused and follow-through on plansProvide consistent high quality & innovative solution leadership on OFS Cloud engagements by interacting with customers and other stakeholders to arrive at optimal solutionsAnalyze and understand client goals, challenges & areas of opportunity to align Oracle’s Cloud applications for building optimal functional & technical solutions based on Industry Best PracticesDevelop and deliver high quality presentations and demonstrations, present and articulate product features and benefits, and configure and test overall Oracle Cloud solutions that delight the clientsEffectively utilize the Oracle Field Service Cloud platform along with other Oracle Integration and web technologies to deliver world class solutionsArrive at coherent conclusions by undertaking complex analysis/ application of reason / trace performance implications through complex data/scenariosPrepare documentation detailing delivered solutions, integration & migration strategies, throughout the engagementAdhere to all Oracle Cloud security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job responsibilities.Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.Provide in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment and provide consulting services to the following but not limited to,Core manage setup, resource tree automation, Collaboration, Routing and Forecasting & Quota ManagementCustom forms and plugins Development to meet complex business requirements for mobility service to support techniciansRequirement gathering and design activities for large complex field service cloud implementations which encompasses consultation on field service cloud best practices, best possible usage etcOracle Field Service Routing (Routing plans, re- optimization, adding custom fields/ filters for routing)•Oracle Field Service Capacity (Capacity/ Quota Management)Required Skills and ExperienceShould have 10+ years of hands- on experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation, consultation and production supportShould have experience in core implementation, business architect, product support, technical architecture evaluation.Should have played a client facing role as a Technology Architect / Lead ConsultantStrong oracle development skills with Good oral and written communication skillsMinimum 3-5 years of relevant and hands-on experience in the field of Oracle Field Services Cloud and salesforce field service lightningProfessional experience as functional consultant & technical developer in Oracle Field Service Cloud with good working experience on Core ModulesExperience in End-to-End OFS cycle from scheduling/Dispatching to Customer sign OffExperience in configuring Oracle Field Service Cloud core manager and mobility servicesHands-on Expertise in Rest and Soap based APIsShould be able to work on Technical Design and Architecture in OIC based integrationExperience in OFS application support, you will be responsible for sustainment and related project activitiesDiversity and Inclusion: With integrity and inclusion at its core, Atom recognizes that it is through diversity, inclusion, and equity that our community is shaped.
