Engineering Recruiter Location: Hyderabad Locals OnsiteRest of India: RemoteMust have : 1-5 years US Staffing experience in Engineering recruitment ( Aerospace, automotive, Chemical, construction etc))Job Description:Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, non-technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).Must have US Staffing experience in Engineering Automotive/Aerospace requirements.Must have experience working on W2 and Full-time model.Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.Skills:Must have minimum 1-5 years hiring experience into Engineering / Energy / Utility / Aerospace/Chemical/Automotive etcThe ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
