About The Role:The Sr. Manager - Recruiter is pivotal for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates to fill various positions within the organisation. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process while contributing to the company’s growth and success. What You’ll Be Doing: CandidateSourcingandAcquisition:Utilizevarioussourcingtechniques(jobboards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract top talent. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Collaboration and Coordination: Liaise with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Talent Assessment and Selection: Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including skills assessments and reference checks. Recommend and assist in the selection of suitable candidates for different roles. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators. What You’ll Need:Experience: 5+ years as an HR Recruiter, ideally in the advertising or marketing industry.Skill Set: Strong strategic thinking with various sourcing techniques and recruitment skills. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling .Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
