Accounts Payable Manager - RemoteJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee vendor payments, contract management, and compliance within a Fintech environment. The role requires expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and international vendor management, along with a strategic mindset for optimizing cash flow and mitigating currency risks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern accounting tools, automation platforms, and compliance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.About the Organization:A leading company in the Fintech industry, driving innovation in global financial transactions. We enable businesses to streamline payments, compliance, and financial processes, ensuring seamless operations across international markets.Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (Remote)Roles and Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments.Maintain and strengthen relationships with global vendors and suppliers.Monitor currency exchange rates and implement risk-mitigation strategies for international transactions.Oversee contract management, taxation, and financial compliance with global regulations.Work closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.Utilize data-driven insights to optimize cash flow and control expenses.Lead process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Supervise, train, and guide 1-2 team members in financial operations.Role Requirements:Proficiency in Zoho Books, and Tally ERP.Experience with expense management tools like Expensify, Concur, or FreshBooks.Strong knowledge of payable accounts, taxation, global payment gateways (Payoneer, Stripe, Wise), and multi-currency transactions.Familiarity with automation tools like Power BI, Tableau, or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for financial analytics.Understanding of compliance frameworks (IFRS, GAAP, GST, VAT, TDS, and global taxation policies).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, global environment.Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team.Education: Commerce Graduate (CA Inter / CWA Inter preferred).Experience: 5-7 years in accounts payable, vendor management, compliance, and financial reporting.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Work from Home)Salary: 14 to 18 lakhs per annumContact Details: For more details on this vacancy, contact us at hire@__________________________ HireGenie is a premier Finance Recruitment Consultancy, helping companies and startups find top-tier finance professionals.
