Title: Business Development ManagerPosition Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in CRO sales. This role will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRO inside sales and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of clinical trials.Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls, emails, and follow-ups, to engage potential clients.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and move prospects through the sales cycle.Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns.Understand client needs and communicate the value of our services effectively.Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and sales executives.Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements in clinical research.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in inside sales within a CRO or clinical research environment.Strong understanding of biometrics services, including data management, statistical programming, and biostatistics.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
