Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Migration Engineer to lead and execute this critical transition.​Key Responsibilities:Mainframe Migration: Lead the migration of legacy mainframe systems to GCP, ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, and seamless integration with existing applications.​SQL Expertise: Utilize advanced SQL skills to analyze, extract, and migrate data from mainframe databases to cloud-based solutions.​Cloud Integration: Design and implement integration strategies between on-premises systems and cloud environments, facilitating smooth data flow and system interoperability.​Tableau Integration (Preferred): Leverage Tableau to create data visualizations and dashboards that support business decision-making during and after the migration process.​Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and best practices for cloud migration, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.​Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience in migrating mainframe systems to cloud platforms, preferably GCP.​ SQL Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for data analysis, extraction, and migration tasks.​Cloud Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cloud architectures, services, and deployment models, with hands-on experience in GCP.​Integration Skills: Familiarity with integration tools and methodologies for connecting on-premises systems with cloud environments.​Tableau Skills (Preferred): Experience in developing Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets.​Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address challenges during the migration process.​Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
