Job Title

We are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Web Forms, C#, and SQL Server, with excellent debugging skills and the ability to work on complex applications. This role is a balanced mix of troubleshooting and feature enhancements, with a 50-50 split between the two.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and enhance complex applications using Web Forms, C#, and SQL Server.Troubleshoot and debug intermediate libraries and application quirks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.Implement new features and enhancements based on project requirements.Address security concerns, including sneaker requirements and pen testing results.Potentially upgrade legacy systems to newer versions (e.g., upgrading to 4.8 if feasible).Qualifications:Proven experience with , C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server.Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.Experience with intermediate libraries and complex application structures.Familiarity with security practices, including pen testing.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with legacy system upgrades.Knowledge of security standards and best practices.
