It is important to us that each and every Spherion is not only eager to challenge themselves and knows how to get work done but is an awesome addition to our company culture.What you’ll doAs the RFP Content Specialist, you will be working closely with the Senior Manager, RFP, Global Solutions by supporting new sales and account retention initiatives via high-quality, on-time, winning RFP/RFI responses including InfoSec questionnaires. Your role will involve updating the Responsive proposal content database, adding new content based on the most recent proposals and updating existing content within defined expiration timeframes. Setting up SharePoint folders and new projects within Responsive to manage each new opportunity will also be required. You will play a key role in the global day-to-day RFP support activities to help the team put together winning proposals to meet Sphera’s global Sales goals.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Senior Manager, RFP, lead the proposal content moderation process from creation to review .Ensure proposal content is vetted, tagged, current, accurate and proposal-ready, validating brand consistency grammar and format. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to adopt a review and approval cycle to keep proposal content current and relevant. Champion best practices and guidelines to ensure consistent high quality proposal content production. Work with Responsive proposal management software and SharePoint Online to load and manage RFP questions and matching responses.Provides pre-fill support for InfoSec and other questionnaires based on existing content.Management and maintenance of templates for proposals and acting as the primary contact across the service lines for ensuring brand consistency and quality.Works closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Product SMEs, and others within the company to provide updated and accurate proposal responses in support of the company's global sales efforts.Follows established RFP and support request processes in Salesforce.Handles follow-up work associated with RFPs moving to the next phase: coordinating answers, additional information requests, etc.What you’ll needBachelor's DegreeMinimum of 2 – 3 years of sales, marketing or proposal management experienceBrings excellent written and verbal communications skills with a strong attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and the ability to work well with employees at all levels of a fast-paced global organization. Must be flexible to periodically work outside of regular business hours to meet tight international business deadlines and workload.Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe DC and comfortable working with Graphics. Competency with Salesforce and SharePoint, a plus.Familiarity with RFP Proposal software such as: Responsive, Loopio, Qorus, Qvidian, Ombud, etc., a plus.Certification: APMP Foundation Level Certification preferred but not mandatory.
