The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to this position.Analyze and translate business requirements into actionable configurations for Oracle Fusion HCM/ERP/SCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS and ATP DB cloud technologies.Partner with IT/Business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.Maintain expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP/SCM functionalities.Review/evaluate impact of quarterly releases, drive development timelines, facilitate QA testing, and maintain pro-active communication with IT/business stakeholders. Leverage OTBI to distribute dynamic notifications and reports and generate data analyses to identify trends and support informed decision-making.Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:BS or BA degree in Information Technology, Business/Consulting, or equivalent.Ability to lead work efforts across a development team comprised of both internal and external/third party resources to implement solutions to fit the business requirements on time and on budget.5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM/ERP/SCM or related experience.Proven experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into technical configurations.Strong knowledge of HCM and ERP systems and understanding of data flow between applications.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to present concepts to non-technical audiences in understandable terms.Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data models and OTBI capabilities.Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud a HUGE plus.Experience with change management methodology a plus.
