The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in BPO hiring, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent management. This role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various roles within the BPO sector.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the BPO industry.Drive high-volume hiring while ensuring quality and efficiency in the recruitment process.Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, headhunting, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline.Stakeholder & Team ManagementCollaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals within defined timelines.Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.Talent Acquisition & Employer BrandingDrive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.Implement innovative recruitment techniques to attract top industry talent.Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Compliance & ReportingMaintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports for data-driven decision-making.Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong expertise in BPO/ITES hiring, bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership recruitment.Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tech tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws related to recruitment.Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.Qualifications:Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration or related field.Proven track record in handling large-scale recruitment in the BPO sector.
