Job DescriptionLocation - RemoteWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DotDigital Expert to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of email marketing automation, campaign execution, and performance optimization using DotDigital. You will play a critical role in enhancing customer engagement and driving conversions through effective email marketing strategies.Note - Please apply only if you have hands-on experience with DotDigital.Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using DotDigital.Manage campaign schedules and ensure timely execution of promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email flows.Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance, open rates, and conversions.Create and manage audience segmentation strategies to enhance targeting and personalization.Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop compelling email templates and creatives.Monitor email performance metrics, analyze reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data protection regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align email marketing strategies with overall business goals.Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in email marketing automation and DotDigital features.Qualifications:3plus years of experience in email marketing and automation.Strong expertise in DotDigital (campaign creation, automation workflows, audience segmentation, reporting, etc.).Proven experience in managing email marketing schedules and campaign execution.Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance.Analytical mindset with experience in email performance analysis and optimization.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.Experience in eCommerce email marketing is preferred.About the CompanyUpbott Consulting Private Limited, is a new age boutique ecommerce technology and marketing consulting company, catering to B2B and B2C e-Commerce businesses in the US and UK.
