We need to speak to them.It shouldn’t belong on LinkedIn—but it’ll crush on LinkedIn.THE AI FRONTIERWe’re investing in every major AI video creation tool—tokens, credits, subscriptions, you name it—and giving you the freedom to experiment hard.Your mission is to stay ahead of the curve in AI creativity, both conceptually and in production.We want AI-powered, jaw-dropping content that pushes boundaries, speeds up production, and amplifies originality.THE KIND OF PERSON WE’RE AFTERYou’re probably a frustrated creative working at a digital, creative, or ad agency, with 3–5 years of experience in video editing, design, or motion graphics. You’ve got serious craft—the kind that turns ideas into visually epic, scroll-stopping content—and you’re now itching to step up and own the creative direction of projects, not just execute them.You live in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve, and know how to make content that actually gets views, laughs, and results. If you can also conceptualize and write clever scripts or copy, even better—but video editing is non-negotiable.You’re not afraid of bold ideas and definitely not a fan of being told to “tone it down.” You’ve had your creativity stifled, your best ideas watered down, and you’re now ready to work for one client—Black Camel—that’s begging you to push boundaries and make content that’s as outrageous as it is brilliant.We don’t care where you studied or what agencies you’ve worked at.
