Roles & Responsibilities: Gain a clear understanding of the Platform, ICP, Value proposition, and Product positioning. Research and understand the Inbound prospect profile and associated organization. Work on the allocated MQLs, understand their pulse and nurture them as an SME/ Consultant till they are demo readyTake up the Qualification/ Discovery calls with MQLs to assess the Critical expectations and Seriousness of their sales evaluation. Pass on the Discovery details to Sales/ Presales, along with a demo requestConsistently meet monthly targets for – MQL to SAL/ SQLExperiment, measure, learn, and refine the Lead Nurturing and Qualification Process Maintain contacts/leads, activities in CRMNurture leads through timed mailers and social media engagements. Desired Skills:Understanding of Technology/ SaaS Platform and SaaS salesFollow-up ApproachMQL-SAL understanding and judgement.Hands on CRM Requirement and Qualification:Experience: 3 to 5 yearsEducation – MBA graduate, Business Graduate Past experience – From SaaS Platform/ BI PlatformsUS Shift
