We do this by sourcing, training and placing full-time remote candidates for Sales & Marketing roles in less than 3 weeks.The opportunityWe’re looking for a Business Development Intern who will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales opportunities globally through outreach campaigns and digital marketing efforts. This is a paid internship that will last twelve (12) weeks.Who you areYou must be currently enrolled in a university and have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.You’re comfortable with composing emails, implementing targeting strategies, and continuously iterating on strategies to improve the sales pipeline.You’re curious about SEO and eager to learn through hands-on experience.You’re motivated to consistently meet and exceed your performance targets (e.g., conversion rates, engagement levels, and sales targets).You’re organised and have strong attention to detail.You’re comfortable with ambiguity, are a self-starter, and are a quick learner who can multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment.You’re optimistic, enthusiastic and willing to go above and beyond to develop new business opportunities.You can think critically and outside the box to find ways to maximise revenue targets.You’re humble and receptive to constructive feedback.What the job involvesWorking closely with the co-founders to support business development and digital marketing efforts.Conducting market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.Assisting with lead-generation activities such as outbound emailing, LinkedIn and other social media outreach with the aim of setting up qualifying customer calls. You’ll have daily and weekly activity targets.Opportunities to learn how to effectively use various CRM and sales prospecting tools such as Attio and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Maintaining daily activity and prospect information in our CRM (including comprehensive and up-to-date client information).Learning and applying SEO best practices, including keyword research, content creation and performance tracking to boost sales via organic traffic.Opportunities to assist with marketing and other high-impact work to help GrowthBuddy grow.Our hiring processWe have a 3-stage hiring process, which involves:1. Video screening - you’ll be required to submit a short video recording where you’ll be expected to tell us a little more about yourself in 60 seconds.2. Discovery call - a short video call to help us learn more about you, understand your expectations and answer any questions you may have.3.
