Anglepoint is expanding and looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our team. This HR Generalist focuses on providing comprehensive HR support across our international locations, including India, UK, and the EU countries.As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:· Own and optimize HR processes throughout the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding across.· Organize and maintain HRIS systems and other personnel records.· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.· Provide day-to-day HR support to employees.· Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions.· Identify areas of improvement in the employee experience and partner with the HR team to develop and roll out lasting solutions.· Remain up to date on current HR trends and developments.· Assist in payroll processing and other administrative tasks.· Liaising with HR and employee benefits vendors.· Support company-wide HR initiatives and other functions as assigned.Who you are:· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, HR, or a related field· Minimum 5 years of HR experience providing first-level support for employees (general HR operations, benefits, policy questions, payroll).· Demonstrated expertise in working with global teams, particularly with regulatory systems in the UK and India.· HRIS or systems data entry experience and management of Employee Onboarding/Offboarding· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.· Excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills with great attention to detail· Can work successfully both independently and within a team.· Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
