We are driven by a passion for creativity, sustainability, and excellence in execution.Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering inspiring office and commercial interiors that align with client visions and brand stories. You’ll be involved in every stage—from concept to execution.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, budgets, and brand ethos.Develop mood boards, concept presentations, layout plans, 3D renders, and working drawings.Source and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and décor in line with the design concept and sustainability goals.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure on-time and high-quality execution.Participate in client meetings, site visits, and design reviews.Maintain detailed documentation of design development, BOQs, material boards, and changes.Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and materials relevant to office and commercial design.RequirementsBachelor’s/Government Diploma in Interior Design or related field.2 years of experience in interior design, preferably with exposure to high end residential spaces.Strong design sense with the ability to conceptualize and visualize.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (experience with Revit or 3Ds Max is a plus).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.What We OfferA collaborative and creative work environment.Opportunity to work on high-impact, story-driven commercial projects.Mentorship from seasoned designers and direct interaction with the founder.Exposure to all facets of design – from concept to client handover.Competitive salary and growth opportunities.
