Cave Digital is seeking a results-oriented SEO Specialist with a strong focus on on-page optimization to rank higher for target keywords, drive organic traffic and boost visibility for our websites and apps. You will play a pivotal role in implementing our SEO strategy, working closely with our backlinking expert to ensure a cohesive approach. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of on-page SEO tactics and is proficient in utilizing the latest SEO tools to achieve measurable results. We're looking for someone who is passionate about SEO and has a proven track record of delivering measurable results. You should be data-driven, with a strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO. You should also be proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and SEO Surfer.Key Responsibilities:On-Page SEO Optimization:Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for our websites and apps.Optimize website and app content, including titles, meta descriptions, header tags, image alt text and other meta assets to improve search engine rankings.Implement technical SEO best practices to enhance website and app crawlability and indexability.Research web page and blog topics to bring high traffic to websites and apps.Work closely with our backlinking experts and web development team to align on-page optimization with off-page efforts for maximum impact.Traffic Growth:Develop and execute strategies to drive organic traffic to our websites and apps through targeted on-page optimization.Monitor and analyze traffic patterns to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on emerging trends.Stay abreast of the latest algorithm updates and adjust on-page tactics accordingly to maintain and improve search visibility.Reporting and Analysis:Track and analyze key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.Prepare regular reports on SEO performance and provide insights to improve strategy.Communicate findings and recommendations to the marketing team and other stakeholdersQualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any other related field.Experience:The candidate needs to have an experience of at least 2+ years.Proven experience in on-page SEO, with a track record of driving organic traffic growth and top keyword rankings.Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and their impact on search engine rankings.Experience working collaboratively with backlinking experts or teams.Proficiency in using SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, SEO Surfer, Google Analytics, and Search ConsoleSkills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
