Job Purpose:Develop AIOPS deliverables of Telemetry, CXO, Log Monitoring and Ansible automations solutions.Collaborate with critical application teams to identify problem and give a solution design.Manage Production live solutions by taking ownership on troubleshooting critical solutions.Manage Production monitoring and observability platform for AIOPS.New creative Ideas to solve production challenges. Ensure Compliance in AIOPS System Support and technology Delivery Area-ITPP (Internal) change management, Information Security, Audit process improvements.Plan delivery in AGILE methodology working in biweekly sprints and delivering tangible outcome.
