The candidate must have hands-on experience in installation and commissioning.Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities entail.Involved in the programming, set-up, and operation of 5 -axis machines.Responsible for study and Analyze drawings, selection of tools/materials and production plans prior to machining.Responsible for Plan tools, jigs and fixtures for efficient production.Ensure cycle time and quality of components to maintain quality and efficiency.Perform basic level maintenance on machines as directed.Adhered to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Experience & Qualifications:Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).Experience: 4 to 6 years of working experience with CNC machines, with a preference for experience on Horizontal Machining Canters (HMC). Basic Computer & Auto-cad knowledge.General Competencies: A confident and outgoing personality.Good communication and Interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of technical aspects.Reliability and trustworthiness.Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
