//"This role requires 24/7 on-call support, including weekends, and holidays as needed."//Role: Senior DevOps Engineer with Elastic Stack ExpertiseLocation: India (Remote) - Must be available to work in the EST (US/Canada) Time Zone. Role Summary:Currently seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in the Elastic Stack. Key Responsibilities:Elastic Stack Management:Deeply configure and manage Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, and Beats/Elastic Agents.Set up and manage ingestion pipelines and data transformations.Develop and monitor machine learning jobs within the Elastic Stack.Handle SSO, Elastic Stack RBAC, and security configurations.Proficiently use Elasticsearch Query Language (EQL) for querying and data analysis.Infrastructure Management:Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes (AKS) and Azure Cloud.Configure and manage Event Hub and Blob Storage on Azure.Utilize Docker for containerization, including the development of Docker images.Implement security measures including TLS, security certificates, and vulnerability scanning on Linux-based systems.DevOps Practices:Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Implement continuous deployment solutions with ArgoCD.Manage Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments.Automate infrastructure and application deployment using Ansible, Python, and BASH scripting.Use Jinja templating for configuration management.Logs and Metrics Management:Integrate and manage logs and metrics from various sources including OS (Windows, Linux), databases (MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, Cassandra), and applications (Apigee, Mulesoft, Salesforce).Develop and maintain REST APIs for application integration and data retrieval. Qualifications:Proven experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats).Strong background in managing cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure Cloud, Kubernetes (AKS), and Docker.Extensive experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, Helm, Ansible, and scripting languages (Python, BASH).Familiarity with OS and application logs and metrics management.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills:Experience with security practices including SSO, RBAC, and vulnerability scanning.Knowledge of database management and integration (MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, Cassandra).Familiarity with integration platforms such as Apigee, Mulesoft, and Salesforce.
