Sohum Global Education operates through two verticals: Blue Ocean and the Indian School of Purpose & Impact (ISPI). Position: Associate (Programs & Execution), Founder’s Office   Location: Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi Timings: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6:30 PM Start date: Immediately  Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Associate (Programs & Execution) to join the Founder’s Office. This role primarily focuses on executing programs under the Indian School of Purpose & Impact (ISPI) vertical and involves working closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth program delivery. The candidate will also handle operations linked to the NGO initiative Edjustuce aligned with Sohum Global Education. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Founder and develop educational and experiential learning programs Oversee the end-to-end execution of ISPI programs, ensuring high-quality implementation. Coordinate with facilitators, mentors, and stakeholders to maintain program standards and timelines. Support operational activities of ISPI program, to ensure seamless execution.  Track program performance and provide regular updates to the leadership team. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, and program partners. Act as a liaison between the Founder’s Office and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. Address concerns and gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness. Support operational activities related to the NGO founded by the Founder and connected with Sohum Global Education - Edjustice Foundation Identify gaps in program delivery and recommend process improvements Propose innovative ideas to enhance the impact and reach of ISPI programs. Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in program management, operations, or a similar role. Fresh Masters graduate can also apply Strong project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Passion for education, youth development, and social impact.
