We are hiring for TOP MNC for Capability Development / Learning and Development-Sr Manager. Job Location- Bangalore & Mumbai. Years of Experience- 18 - 23 Years. Note- Domain Required - International banking experience required (US banking experience preferred) Core banking / Retail Banking / Commercial Banking / Mortgage and loan servicing / Branch and front-end banking; some amount of Wealth management and Investment Banking, this also includes customer service scope for banking services which could be both B2C (Consumer banking) as well as B2B Note - Need experience from Multinational organizations only. Designation: Business Interlock Manager Qualifications: Any Graduation Salary- 24 - 32LPA Fixed Basic Hygiene requirement / non-negotiable / eliminators · Should be based out of / or willing to relocate to Mumbai or Bangalore · Should be comfortable with 100% RTO work mode · Shift timing – US 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time zone (India ~ 4:30 / 5 pm to India 2:30 – 3 am ) Skills Required Experience and expertise required · Domain - International banking experience required (US banking experience preferred) · Core banking / Retail Banking / Commercial Banking / Mortgage and loan servicing / Branch and front-end banking; some amount of Wealth management and Investment Banking, this also includes customer service scope for banking services which could be both B2C (Consumer banking) as well as B2B · Functional skills sets and hands on experience - Door to floor training/ Transition experience (international geos)/ OJT & Nesting handling for new hires /Classroom training; conducting around 10-25 day sessions with formal training experience/ constant flow of new hire training / experienced with Backfill training and on production floor training too · Must have interaction skills - Client servicing experience / stakeholder management / understanding of the wider learning ecosystem Team Management · Should have handled / managed large teams (at least 6 – 7 DRs with an extended org of at least 10 – 12 coaches / trainers) · Can drive performance through teams / experience in creating and executing training scorecards and training KPIs (typical success metrics for new hire training and floor training) Interested candidates please share resume on below details Share CV on: Call to: Amzad Ali - 9900024952
