Business Development Executive Company: Branding 360 Neo Pvt. Ltd. Location: Lucknow Position: Business Development Executive Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Work Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off, All Sundays Off) About Us: Branding 360 Neo Pvt. Job Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Executive who is well-versed in social media agency operations and understands how an agency functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, production, shoots, concepts, and sales . They must possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to generate ideas and convert them into actionable projects . This role is the first step in building a powerful Business Development team , which will include Business Development Executives, Business Development Managers, and Business Analysts working cohesively towards ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Generate Leads & Sales: Identify and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, meetings, and presentations. Agency Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of how social media agencies operate, including marketing strategies, production processes, and creative concepts. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring consistent engagement. Conceptualization & Ideation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative marketing concepts, strategies, and campaigns tailored to client needs. Sales Strategy Development: Develop effective sales strategies, proposals, and presentations to attract and retain clients. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the production and creative teams to ensure alignment of client expectations with deliverables. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the management. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to identify growth opportunities. Requirements: Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a social media agency or related field. Knowledge: Must have a thorough understanding of marketing, production, shoots, concepts, and agency operations. Sales Skills: Proven track record of generating leads, closing sales, and achieving targets. Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas during client meetings and translate them into actionable marketing campaigns. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
