Location - Bangalore Experience - 0.6 Months to 1 years max We need hands on experience into - Python, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and database Technical Engineer/Specialist is a key member of our team and you will be working with technical support experts and solution delivery specialists who will be involved in delivery and support of new and ongoing projects. Roles & Responsibilities • Monitoring the infrastructure and application health for the ongoing projects. • Able to understand the requests from global customers and ensure the requests are closed on time. • Debug the issues in the customer environments and provide resolutions as soon as possible. If needed, co-ordinate with internal experts to resolve the issues. • Ensure that releases are validated by testing the features before the User Acceptance Test is done by the customer. How will your career progress from this role? With appropriate experience and the right attitude, you can become a support team lead who will be leading a group of technical support engineers. If you are good at providing solutions and have the ability to map the business requirements with the product features, you can be part of project delivery as a solution delivery specialist and later even to be a solution architect who design the solutions for the project. What is needed? • Knowledge on Unix based infrastructure • Good at Unix shell/Python scripting • Good knowledge of any of the RDBMS like MySQL/PostgreSQL/MSSQL/Oracle • Excellent Communication and debugging skill • Knowledge on AWS would be desirable but not mandatory
